In addition, the closed lid speeds up the preparation time of the meat and also makes it juicier. There is an additional grate in the lid, thanks to which you can put the finished food away and it will remain warm for a long time. Grilling area 77 cm x 37 cm A solid cast iron grill grate, ideally suited to the preparation of your signature dishes. The grilling area is 77 x 37 cm. The grill rack consists of 3 parts, made of cast iron. You can prepare everything you want and afterwards you will quickly clean the grate for the next grilling. After grilling, all the food should be placed on the heating rack to keep it warm and avoid overcooking. Suspended grate in the lid to keep food warm. By grilling all day, you will appreciate this important element. Side tops and mobility Two large work surfaces are perfect for preparing dishes.
