Do you deliver to Gozo?

All our products are delivered across Malta and Gozo.

Can I order and Pick up at the store?

Yes you can just highlight the ‘Pick Up’ option on the order.

Will I be able to use vouchers for online purchasing?

Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed for purchases at the BigMat store in Ta’ Qali.

I have a BigMat Pro account, will I be able to purchase online and benefit from my discount?

The site is strictly B2C, therefore all BigMat Pro account holders need to purchase by visiting the BigMat Pro store in Ta’ Qali.

Are all items displayed on the BigMat website in stock?

We try and keep the website as updated as possible and therefore most of the
items featured on the site are items we have in stock.

Is Installation included for furniture and other bulky products?

All our bulky products come flat packed. Should you need installation for the purchased product/s, kindly highlight to our customer care representative when contacted for delivery. An installation fee will be charged on delivery.

Does the store Open on Sundays and Public Holidays?

Yes our store is open from Monday to Sunday. Opening times may change according to particular period so please check the Contact us section for info

Does BigMat offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, please visit our BigMat store in Ta’ Qali, we’ll review the item and we’ll replace or exchange accordingly.
